Lead Paint Inspections at Enviro-Test Inc.

Presently, Enviro-Test has been performing extensive lead paint inspections for various state and county programs throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. In addition, Enviro-Test has been involved with testing public schools and daycare centers for lead paint, performing lead paint risk assessments for NYS-DOH (New York State Department of Health) and NYS-HPD (New York State Housing Preservation and Development) violations, and inspecting multi-family developments for HUD (Housing and Urban Development) “Big Buy” Programs as well as inspecting single family homes for the private sector.

The lead paint inspections are done in a very timely, efficient, and professional manner.  All of the reports are completed by the owner of Enviro-Test, Arthur A. Morales. Depending on the nature of the project, reports are generated between 1 to 5 business days of the inspection and mailed, e-mailed and/or faxed immediately.
